Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before getting started.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Every plan includes free onboarding, script writing, and system configuration. You only pay your monthly subscription.

What happens if I exceed my call limit?

We never cut your phones off. Overage calls are billed at $1.95 per call. If you consistently exceed your limit, we will recommend the next plan up to save you money.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees, ever.

How fast can we go live?

Most businesses are fully live within 48 hours. We handle the script, the call routing, and the testing. You just forward your line.

Do your agents know HVAC / plumbing / electrical?

Yes. Every agent completes trade-specific training before taking a single call. They understand the terminology, common issues, and urgency levels for your industry.

What is the difference between overflow and after-hours?

After-hours covers calls outside your business hours (evenings, weekends, holidays). Overflow handles calls you cannot pick up during business hours — when your team is on a job, on another line, or just busy.

One call pays for a month.

Stop losing revenue to voicemail. Let emvia answer, book, and dispatch — so you can focus on the work.
